At Travel Smarter Consulting, our aim is to allow you to travel more comfortably for less. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, we work with clients to create personalized credit card portfolios and itineraries.
We do not charge clients any fees to start searching for an itinerary or for an initial inquiry.
TRIP/ITINERARY PLANNING
Itinerary planning is at the heart of what TSC is all about. We specialize in international premium cabin flights, helping clients travel in comfort and style at a lower cost. TSC can help with cash bookings or mileage redemption bookings. While we do not charge any fees to get started and research itineraries, and typically do not charge fees for booking, we reserve the right to charge a commission of up to 3.5% and a per person fee on booked itineraries. In some cases, flights booked through TSC qualify for discounted or complimentary seat assignments, priority airport benefits, or discounted/mileage upgrades.
We can also arrange hotel bookings. In some cases, hotel bookings booked through us qualify for late checkout, complimentary breakfast, or other benefits. Please note that none of these benefits are guaranteed unless confirmed at the time of booking.
CREDIT CARD CONSULTATION
The TSC Credit Card Consultation (CCC) is designed principally for small to medium sized businesses, nonprofits, and other corporate clients. Maximizing rewards through credit card spend is key to decreasing corporate travel costs and optimizing business spend more generally. The CCC has three parts. Before the consultation, TSC will request that the client sends information regarding the nature of the business's spend; pertinent data points include but are not limited to a) amount of spend per month/annum, b) categories of highest spend, and c) number of employee cards, among others. Then, during a consultation (typically conducted by zoom or in-person), we will explore the client's travel needs (domestic vs international, business vs economy, etc) in order to craft a credit card portfolio that maximizes the client's rewards for the type of travel requested. TSC will formalize the CCC in a portfolio sent to the client thereafter and work with the client to set up the portfolio and maximize reward potential from its use over the course of 6-12 months.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
When booking with Travel Smarter, most clients benefit from a concierge service which takes care of all the trip's details from start to finish. We provide a personalized service that takes the stress out of air travel*. Once your trip is booked, you will be provided with a phone number (SMS and WhatsApp) and email address that can be used to arrange your trip's details, from airport transfers to VIP escorts.
